Formday gives general fitness, hydration and nutrition guidance based on your data. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose or treat anything. Listen to your body, follow your instructor, and talk to a doctor before starting a new program or if you have a health condition.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what you share with friends. Be kind: no harassment, hate or illegal content. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

Bookings

Formday links to studios, ClassPass and booking apps. Bookings, cancellations, prices and refunds are between you and them.

Subscription

Some features need a paid subscription, billed through your Apple ID. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, in your Apple ID settings.

Connected devices

When you connect a wearable, its maker's terms also apply. Data accuracy depends on your device.

Liability

Formday is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for injuries, missed classes or indirect damages arising from your use of the app.
